authenticate and certify the execution of documents required
or intended for use outside the UK.

and qualified lawyer undertaking work for overseas
jurisdictions.

notary will notarise, certify and authenticate many different types of
documents – primarily for individuals, companies and other
organisations requiring documents for use abroad .

truth of) facts set out in document or certifying copies
of originals.

Assisting with legalisation and
consularisation where documents are required to be
legalised by an embassy or consulate or by the Foreign &

Fees
Notarial fees are by arrangement and
are regulated by the Notaries Practice Rules.
Personal Appearance and Proof of
Identity:
To ensure that the Notarial process is
dealt with smoothly the following formalities should be
observed:

You will need to present personally
at these offices. In special cases (at an
additional fee) a home or other visit can be arranged in
advance.

Proof of your identity will be
required by a passport or full photocard driving licence,
plus a council tax demand or recent utility bill.
