PRICING INFORMATION

You can obtain a quotation for most standard transactions using our conveyancing quote calculator. Our costs are calculated as a fixed fee (subject to the assumptions set out in the quote) based on the value and location of the property.

We do not pay or receive referral fees in relation to conveyancing matters.

STAGES OF THE PROCESS

We anticipate that your transaction should take between 6 and 12 weeks from issue/receipt of draft contract papers to completion (moving day). This is only an estimate as there will be aspects of the matter over which we will have little or no control and could substantially affect the timescale given. Remortgages / mortgages often take less time.
