I am a Private Client lawyer with over 13 years’ experience in this area. I deal with all aspects of private client work, whether this is advising on and drafting simple Wills or handling those that incorporate more complex trusts. I also specialise in Estate Administration and can assist with anything from smaller estates to those with complex, multi-million-pound assets.
Prior to joining Downie & Gadban, I worked in both large regional law firms and smaller high street firms across Surrey and Sussex.

BIOGRAPHY
Peter qualified in August 2019 and has worked at several law firms, notably DMH Stallard and Goodhand & Forsyth Solicitors.
He joined Downie & Gadban in November 2025.
